Member Terms

Last updated 12 August 2026
Draft — not yet reviewed by counsel. This document records how the WeOkay product actually behaves so that terms can be drafted accurately. It is not a binding agreement and must be reviewed by qualified direct-sales counsel before launch.

1. What membership is

WeOkay membership is a product purchase, not an investment. It gives access to member-priced travel and other member benefits. It does not entitle you to any return, and it is not a security.

2. Fees and billing

3. If a payment fails

4. Earning

Compensation is paid for selling memberships and from revenue share on real travel and product purchases. Earning is not guaranteed and most members earn modest amounts. See the Income Disclosure for figures from actual records.

5. Growth Credits

Growth Credits carry real dollar value and are earned from WeOkay’s share of margin on real sales. They can be redeemed for travel or moved to your wallet. Converting them may be a taxable event; WeOkay does not provide tax advice.

6. Your wallet

Wallets are self-custodial and provided through Privy — you hold your own keys and WeOkay never takes custody of your funds. Withdrawals require completed identity verification. On-chain transactions are irreversible.

7. Guest passes

Passes are issued from your monthly allotment. A Preview pass allows browsing member rates only; an Experience pass additionally allows booking. Passes expire at the end of their window and are only reinstated if you spend another pass.

8. WeFund

WeFund is a separate, optional programme and is not included with membership. See the WeFund Risk Disclosure.

Sections still required before launch: governing law and jurisdiction, dispute resolution, limitation of liability, acceptable-use and termination rights, refund and cooling-off rights (which are mandatory in many jurisdictions), assignment, and amendment procedure. These are legal determinations and are deliberately not drafted here.
